Capital Baptist Theological Seminary is a Christian school sustaining campuses within Seoul and Anseong City, Gyeonggi province, South Korea. These are affiliated by having a Korea Baptist Convention. A todays president is Han-ho Doh.

Academic departments

A undergrad offerings of a seminary consist of the Department of Theology & the Pastoral Theology institute, two of which offer quartet-month Bachelor of Theology degrees. A grad school offers Master's of Divinity & Doctor of Ministry degrees.

Additionally, a school offers separate courses of survey for women. Both-biennial certificate softwcome are offered per Women's College & Women's Institute, & the 3-month Master's of Partnership Ministry is offered per Pastor's Wives Institute.

History

A school began when Seoul Baptist Theological Seminary, directly operated per Korea Baptist Convention, inside 1976. Around 1980, the Convention chose to separate it from either more institutions like Korea Baptist Theological University and make it an independent institution, which was completed within early 1981. At this instance a school was merged by having ii pre-existing institutions, Grace Seminary & Kyunggi Seminary, & a title was changed to the todays a single. A school was recognized as a theological seminary per Ministry of Education inside 1982.
